By accessing and using the Platforcode app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Platforcode.
1. License and Beta Access
The use of the Platforcode app is subject to a license. Currently, Platforcode is in its beta version and access to a license is free for everyone. During the beta period, all users may obtain and use a license at no cost. Platforcode reserves the right to change the licensing terms or introduce paid licenses in the future, with prior notice to users.
2. Use of the Platforcode App
You agree to use the Platforcode app only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platforcode app. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Platforcode app.
Access to the app requires a license. You agree to keep your license details confidential and not share them with third parties. Platforcode reserves the right to suspend or cancel licenses in the event of misuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.
3. Correct Use of Content
The content on Platforcode is intended for personal and educational use only. You are not permitted to:
- Use the platform for any illegal activities.
- Reproduce, distribute, or sell the content without express permission.
- Grant access to third parties.
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm Platforcode's image.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's functionality.
4. Platform Responsibility
Platforcode works to ensure that content is always accessible and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from technical interruptions, third-party failures, or the user's misuse of the platform.
5. User Responsibility
The user agrees to:
- Use the platform in accordance with current legislation.
- Provide truthful information during registration.
- Respect Platforcode's intellectual property rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (including texts, videos, teaching materials, images, source code, and design) is owned by Platforcode or its collaborators and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the Platforcode app without the prior written consent of Platforcode, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. The user acquires only a personal, limited, and non-exclusive right to use this content.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platforcode app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pamplona, Spain.
9. Changes to These Terms
Platforcode reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Platforcode app after any such changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
10. Termination
Platforcode may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the app.
11. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Platforcode on the app, constitute the entire agreement between you and Platforcode concerning the app and supersede all prior and contemporaneous communications, agreements, representations, and warranties, both oral and written.
